Hello, I'm Kit!

I create glass art out of new and old bottles and other glass pieces using Armour Etch etching acid. Recently I've been creating a lot of pirate treasures, because I've worked with the pirate store, Enchanted Deva's Last Wish Revenge N' Treasures in North Hollywood, California.  My specialty are my Poison bottle flasks!

I also do other gothic and fantasy art; and I especially love creating bats and dragons! I can etch mirrors, glass doors, votives, bottles, and mugs, as well as anything else with a smooth glass surface. I also love to paint, create mosaics, and work with polymer clay.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my site, and I hope you enjoy my artwork!

UPDATE: I now also sell my bottles at:

1. Handmade Galleries at 14556 Ventura Blvd. Sherman Oaks, CA 91403
2.  Dark Delicacies at 4213 W. Burbank Blvd. Burbank, CA 91505
3.   Hyaena Gallery at 1928 W. Olive Ave. Burbank, CA 91506
4.  Cauldron at 2818 Rowena Ave. Los Angeles CA 90039
5.  Earth Daughter Arts online.

Check out the Artwork page!

On my Artwork page you will be able to check out the glasses I've etched for Enchanted Deva's, as well as any custom pieces I've created for people.  I will also showcase some other artwork which may or may not be glass-related there.

Are you interested in buying a custom piece?

I create custom etchings for people using either bottles they already have, or certain bottles which I can provide.  If there is something you would like to order, or if you would like a custom piece made for you, please send me a request via e-mail at kitcameo@kitsglass.net.  All invoices will be sent through PayPal, and all items will be shipped insured.  If you live in the Los Angeles area, however, you are free to request a piece for pick-up at a location in Burbank.  I may require a deposit on some items or for large orders.

On Pricing:

All of my pieces are priced as artwork rather than functional items, even though some may be functional.  This is because each stencil is hand-carved and takes some time to make.  Also, even if some have similar designs, they are still all one-of-a-kind!  Therefore, if you want glasses to have just as casual drinking glasses, this may not be the most thrifty place to get them.
